Regions Tradition, Heart Card Art Center
What: At the Regions Tradition, I created a heart card art center where children could decorate and write heartfelt messages for patients at Children's of Alabama. Throughout the event, kids used their creativity to transform simple paper hearts into meaningful acts of kindness that would bring encouragement and hope to children facing medical challenges.

Why: Kindness is most powerful when it is shared. The heart card station gave children the opportunity to discover that they don't have to wait until they're older to make a differenceā€”they can brighten someone's day right now. By creating cards for patients at Children's of Alabama, they experienced the joy of using their creativity to bring comfort, hope, and connection to someone they may never meet, proving that even the smallest act of kindness can have a lasting impact.
